I'm an avid bicyclist, I love traveling, hiking into the wilderness, gardening, soaking in hot tubs, taking road trips, and listening to music. I was raised in Southern California and have lived in Northern California most of my adult life.
It's all about the process, when the process is paid attention to, it typically yields a great product. It's all about form, when you are mindful of your form you can do almost anything. Intelligence is knowing the difference between the things we can control and the things we can't. Radically accept things, serve others, help others, and be worthy of imitation
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the spontaneity of meeting new people, we all have gifts to share and without the courage and willingness to meet strangers we lose a lot of potential great stories, wisdom, and future friendships.
I love traveling, hiking, backpacking, cooking, gardening, meditating, surfing, and biking. I pick five goals to complete in five years. Usually they involve travel, adventure and pushing my personal limits (endurance).
- road trips
