I am a fine dining cook. I have worked in some of the better restaurants in the US and love every aspect of cuisine. I save my money to dine out, I take long walks to earn an appetite to indulge in a big dinner or a night of drinking. I have lived in different cities in America and am anxious and excited to travel throughout the world and see what it has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My wife and I are planning a trip later this year and we love the idea of meeting up/staying with locals. The longer we can stay abroad the better, the more in depth we can learn of the places we stay the better, Couch Surfing meets both criteria.

Interests

I am a movie and television fanatic, a good couch and tv is heaven to me. On the flip side I love to go for hours long walks and explore the city I'm in. I pick a part of town I've never seen and make my way to it via a route I haven't taken before.

Music, Movies, and Books

The flavor of music I get in changes every 6-8 months kinda organically. Right now its 80's and 90's hardcore and hip hop. I read a lot of memoirs and non-fiction. I also have a minor cookbook addiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dropped out of college to chase a dream of becoming a chef. 9 years later I regret nothing and still working very hard at it.
