ABOUT ME

i love exploring in every meaning of the word, eating delicious eats and drinking delicious drinks, riding my squeaky bike, seeing puppet shows and fat babies, birds, making shoebox dioramas and other modest art forms, wearing my purple polyester pantsuit (thank you goodwill), riding on trains, people who fishwiggle and tell funny stories, jamming out with my lil brother, dancing up a storm, roaming about with my manslice, building forts, making things, and juicy conversations (juicy energy wise, not excess saliva wise). i am attempting to create a graphic novel/choose your own adventure/retelling of alice and wonderland that illustrates the absurdities of our current food system, and explores some other ways people are/ people could be relating to food that make a bit more sense (and taste better going down, too).

the ideas behind couchsurfing are in my heart and soul, i love meeting new people, seeing how they live, and being able to travel in a non-generic way that allows glimpses into a new understanding of how the world works. i don't have a space of my own to offer right now, but i'd be happy to help you happily adventuresmyth through pittsburgh.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have spent many nights on couches, log cabin floors, and borrowed beds from the ol u.s. of a. to the czech republic, all the way being reminded of the kindness and beauty of those who were kind enough to host me and show me a slice of their life. of course i didn't know at the time that there was a whole world devoted to this world of plaid striped hospitality, and through couchsurfing i found greg from vermont who let us stay with him and learn burlington and his own interesting journey.
