ABOUT ME

all of a sudden, my first backpacking trip when i was 20 has turned into 13 years of travelling around every chance i was away from my classroom. i teach spanish and english - depending on the country in which i find myself - so my passion for languages together with my insatiable desire to continue going, found me in france for almost a year and now in austria.

and while i am in a healthy and most positive relationship... the two of us together are still trying to figure out how to "settle down" and "keep going" at the same time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am not new to couch surfing, just new to this profile. that being said, i surfed in chile for a bit along my way through south america. i have always wanted to open my own home for this, but seemed to find myself in much more transition than would have been good to offer up couches. hoping to settle into Lima before too long and open our place up for folks making their way through lovely south america.

Interests

i run daily and do my own version of yoga. i ride my bike where i need to go, and like making destinations such as plazas, parks, cafes, etc... i always carry my journal in my bag and often find myself writing in these places. films, music, cooking, dinner soirees with friends.... all good and constant pieces of my life.
