Overview
About Me
Im a relaxed guy (though not as much as some) and sometimes I make a fool of myself, both on purpose and (more often) by mistake, I am a lover of music, although I don't have much of an ability to make much of it. I LOVE a good game of chess. Always down for a beach and often allergic to night clubs.
PHILOSOPHY
Live life, learn from it, change from it, explore it and everything within.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet the world, Had an old account where I hosted people sometimes back in Canada. Cant seem to access it. Now I'm looking to travel and see the world through different eyes outside of the hotels etc.
Additionally, as a full time Scuba Instructor I'm not rich to say the least, this is a great budget way to get around and connect with local people.
Interests
I love to ski, walk around and see the world and preserve what I see as pictures (though not excessively.) I love to be social, both with old friends and new ones, Essentially, I like to do fun things, it just depends on what is available. Although, as much as I love to by social, a little bit of down time is important to me, sitting back and reading a book, listening to good music is on my favourite things to do.
These days if I'm not under water or on a boat I am usually planning how best to get there next.

Music, Movies, and Books
I could do a lot things here, a list is a little to big, so I will say that I like a strange brand of music, more focused on the acoustic and vocal aspects. Most people don't know much of my music. My favourite artist is a man named Frank Turner, and in my opinion, he rocks. Maybe you know him maybe you don't, if you do you should let me know, would possible make my day.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Everytime I get in the water this may change but I still have vivid memories of diving with Whale Sharks in Koh Phi Phi. Or Eagle Rays in Koh Lanta.
Top of the list has to be cutting a Sea Turtle out of a net at 12 meters or so. Truly rewarding experience that has be chasing a role in ocean conservation somehow.
Teach, Learn, Share
I live and breath Scuba Diving, certified PADI Instructor. More than happy to teach.
Love photography, not much of a teacher but would love to meet up with some local photographers and get the lay of the land.
Avid Long Boarder (I'm old and lazy so now its an e-lectric longboard.)
I would love to learn to windsurf.
