Join Couchsurfing to see Steve’s full profile.
I grew up in the United States. It was a great place to be and I loved it. Finally left the country for spring break my senior year of college (Bahamas) and the travel bug bit me. Since then I take every possible opportunity I can to travel and see the world. Luckily my job makes it fairly easy to travel and to see parts of the world I wouldn’t get the chance to otherwise.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is such a cool idea because you bet to meet people who are also extremely interested in traveling and different cultures and you have a way to meet them. I really hope to host my first couch surfer soon and get hosted in some exotic country where I can experience it like a local.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music I listen to basically what you hear on the radio I am trying to expand my horizons. I also have a deep love of EDM, especially after Ultra in Croatia. Movies: I think the only answer to that is yes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think hiking Mt. Fuji when I lived in Japan was pretty amazing. It was off season so it wasn’t very safe but such a great experience. The rumor is if you live there and don’t hike Fuji japan will bring you back.
