Hello everyone, I am a single, friendly guy happy to call Fort Lauderdale home.

I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2010 and live in an area called Flagler Village, which is an up and coming, trendy neighborhood that is very close to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Victoria Park, Wilton Manors and the beach is a short 12 minute Ebike ride from my home.

If you are flying here, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport is the closest airport which is 5 miles from my home.

My interests include healthy living, cooking, bike riding, watching movies, and going to the beach. Additionally, I am a yoga and gym enthusiast and do one or the other everyday as I believe it is important to keep the body moving. Doing physical activities is positive for your body and mind and affects your overall health and well being. Therefore going to yoga practice or the gym play an important role in my day to day life.

Should you want to go to yoga class with me let me know and I will do my best to get you a free pass so that you can join me and experience the yoga studio where I practice which is a short Ebike ride from my house. The yoga class is a warm 60 minute flow. You will feel amazing at the end.

I sell real estate full time in Fort Lauderdale. I am skilled in massage modalities so if massage interests you mention this in your request to stay.

Typically I can accommodate a request for one CS'r (sorry I do not host more than one person) for a 1 to 3 night stay. Obviously there are exceptions to this.

When requesting to stay with me please tell me the purpose of your trip to Fort Lauderdale and a bit about yourself. Your request should be specific to me and not a canned email that you are sending out to many hosts. Your personal request will help me better understand who you are and if we might be compatible. Until this happens you are a total stranger to me.

There are many hosts in Fort Lauderdale.

Therefore, it is important for you to let me know why you are requesting to stay with me. Requests without this will most likely be declined.

Also, if you are arriving in Fort Lauderdale by plane, please let me know what time you are planning to arrive and when you depart. If my schedule permits I will pick you up at Fort Lauderdale Airport.

If you are a cigarette smoker, even someone who smokes outside, I will not host you.

If you are new to CS and you have few references or not many photos of yourself, please send me your Instagram or Facebook profile so I can verify identity and get to know you through your photos and posts. Sending a request to stay with me with only a few pictures of yourself will most likely be denied.

You are welcome to send me a message on WhatsApp +1954-802-3262 to ask any questions, but if you decide to stay with me, you must send me a request on Couchsurfing. I am happy to answer your questions about staying with me or fun things to do or see in Fort Lauderdale on WhatsApp. When you message me tell me your name and that you are contacting me from Couchsurfing. If you do not tell me your name and that you are from CS, most likely I will not answer you as I will assume you are SPAM. No need to message me on WhatsApp to tell me you sent me a request on CS. I receive notifications from the CS app and I will respond as quickly as possible.

Also for whatever it's worth I happen to be gay so I prefer to host bi, gay and curious men because this is the community I am most connected to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and like to share life experiences with other guys who need a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while they are visiting Fort Lauderdale. I live in a secure, gated townhouse complex and provide a a safe place for a compatible CS'r to stay while visiting Fort Lauderdale. I try to put myself in the shoes of a CS'r and would want to stay with a warm and welcoming host when I travel so this is the kind of experience that I provide to those that stay in my home. I have had many awesome experiences hosting and I have met many amazing people from all over the world. Thanks to CS I have made wonderful life long friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a massage table and I can share various massage techniques. I have an extra E-bike which is a great way for you to see Fort Lauderdale. Biking to the beach is always great fun and an easy 15 minute bike ride from my home.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to cook and my CS'r guest is welcome to join me and cook and to use my kitchen as well. I ask that you clean up after yourself. I treat others kindly just as I would like to be treated in their home.
