About Me

CURRENT MISSION

see the world!!! keep life interesting and full of new experiences!

ABOUT ME

My friends would probably say that I'm passionate but laid back. I live in the moment, and if it wasn't so overdone, I'd probably have a carpe diem tattoo somewhere (no offense to people that do!) I love to try new things and meet new people. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie, but appreciate just chilling out and having some patio beers on a sunny day.

PHILOSOPHY

Do as you do with no regrets. Be bold and don't suck the fun out of things by thinking too hard

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just getting started with CS, but I've heard great things and I hope to host some people before I leave on my next trip.

Interests

Like most west coast Canadians, I dream of the day I can just snowboard 5 days a week and watch hockey from the hot tub after the ski lifts close. I'm pretty outdoorsy and love to dirtbike, wakeboard and hike when the weather's decent. For the rainy days, I've been playing guitar for as long as I care to remember. And who doesn't like heading to the bars with friends

and of course, I love to travel, and if I'm in the middle of planning my next big trip, it's pretty tough to get me to shut up about it.

Music, Movies, and Books

music --> everything but metal and screamo.

books --> if its good, its good. no specific interest.

movies --> I watch plenty. too many good ones to list. but I just watched City of God the other day. that's a great one.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-reaching the peak of the golden ears mountains near Vancouver, Canada (after a tough 8 hour hike). The only time I've had a better view was jumping out of a plane in New Zealand!

-completing the 120km Bowron Lakes circuit. A 7 day canoe-portage trip in the nearly untouched forests of northern bc.

-took a semester off university to work in a cafe in Melbourne, Aus. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, New Zealand, United States
