About Me

Currently working in Westchester, NY at a wonderful state park. It's amazing to be able to just bike a few miles to my work and explore around on bike.
Always interested in meeting new people and showing people what I know about my neighborhood if I can.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to figure out what to do as a career in life, but I like the saying that everything happens for a reason so it should all work out in the end.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spent a wonderful 2 nights in Catania, Sicily during my winter break in 2013 and it was amazing to learn from a local about the customs, food, and best places to go!

Also, in 2016 went to Costa Rica and meet up with one guy down there. He told us some great sights to see and everyone else who messaged me gave me awesome information about where to go.

Interests

I love being outdoors; hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, or just walking around. I love ecology and botany. I really enjoy exploring new cities and places, meeting new people, and just having a fun time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any movie that is medieval, the Game of Thrones books, and all sorts of music

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being at the top of the Empire State building was amazing, and I would like to go back and do it again sometime. I also really enjoyed seeing all the monuments in Washington D.C. at night a few weeks ago, it was awesome. Any sunset or sunrise I have seen have left me amazed.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn out to cook all sorts of different dishes.
I know a bunch of stuff about biology and ecology, but not every detail of it. I have been doing photography for a lot of years and I really enjoy it.
