ABOUT ME

I was born in 1965 in London, where I still live and work.
Travel, in one form or another, has taken me around the globe and through most continents.
I worked as an actor for 16 years, before returning to education in 2004, graduating with First Class Hons from Camberwell College of Arts and then Chelsea College of Art in 2008 and now work full-time as an artist.
I am steadily establishing an international reputation through artworks that materialize in miscellaneous forms - from sculpture to film, through text, design, installation, performance and public intervention, and springs from an instinct for appropriation and re-presentation that connects the commonplace with the esoteric, and elevates the overlooked and the everyday.
Work has been exhibited in commercial galleries, project spaces, and public museums throughout London (The Royal Academy, Flowers East, Salon Vert, Delfina Foundation etc) across the UK, and overseas in Zagreb, Lahore, Basel, Berlin, Paris, Siena, Venice, New Hampshire and New York. Often working to commission I have pieces placed into public, corporate and international private collections... Who'd have believed it?!!

By offering somewhere to sleep whenever logistically possible...

But please be aware we are all pretty busy, travel extensively, and have many friends from around the globe who regularly stay when in London therefore hosting is not always possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed only twice (in Amsterdam and Paris) and they were both amazing experience. Thank you guys so very mch!!

We have been surfed on 3 occasions and made 3 wonderful friends...

Watching the sunrise on the beach in Bali. Washing elephants and teaching orphans in India. Sipping morning coffee in Venice. Walking in the snow through Amsterdam. Riding a helicopter in Anguilla. Looping the loop in a two man plane in the UK. Picking tea in Mauritius. Swimming with wild dolphins in Panama. DJing in Ibiza. Para-gliding in South Africa.
