A little shy at first but like to think I'm an easy going, laid back kind of guy. Like a few beers, a good meal (a bit of a foodie in training), a climb and a run. Really wanting to get into the meditation side of life and find the old inner zen!!!

Interests

Climb, run, hike, eat and drink. Also a freelance web developer so computers take up some of my time! And of course travel :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lost 8 stone, then ran two marathons, jumped out of a plane and travelled solo around south east Asia. I reckon that's a good start :)
