My main interest when traveling is to get a good feel for the vibe of a region and to make efforts to experience something that generally is known only among the locals. That is one of main appeals to couch surfing.

April 25th I went to a special showing of Purple Rain. In May I have tickets for Florence and the Machine and last month I took my niece to see 2Cellos. If you don't know who that is, YouTube it, you may well be surprised.
Regarding movies, I most enjoy suspense however, last year had a lot of fun with Guardians of the Galaxy. I've had a Health Challenge or two in my time so my heart really went out to Leonardo DiCaprio in The Revenent, as he certainly did have a "bad" day.
