I was born in New York, raised in New Jersey, and was blessed and fortunate enough to live abroad twice while attending college. I'm easy going , love to laugh, and learn about new cultures. I've played football (soccer) my whole life and I met the love of life while living in Colombia. Next chapter, is traveling with my wife and seeing the world together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My wife and I got married this year and we have been planning to travel for about a year and a half. We've read that this is an amazing community to be a part of and so we wanted to start to become active members of the community both in hosting and in finding hosts that would be kind enough to help us accomplish our travel goals when we begin our journey in October.

Music, Movies, and Books

I´m a fan of many different kinds of music. Depends really what I´m in the mood to listen to at any given time. My favorite band though of all time would have to be Incubus. Some of my favorite books include The Count of Monte Cristo, The Three Musketeers, some Sherlock Holmes tales, the Bible. Movies: I'll come back to this later.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the year 2016, I completed a Spartan Race Trifecta finishing my goal with the Spartan Beast race in Killington, VT. That was a huge accomplishment as it took me between 8-9 hours to complete.

When I was studying and living in Spain back in college, I walked a small piece of the Camino de Santiago. It was a 5 day hike and an unforgettable experience.
