I want to host people from as many places as I can before I decide to travel somewhere.

ABOUT ME

I am easy going, friendly, and impossible to insult. Also, I dislike describing myself, it makes me feel like an egotist.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that I should be a good neighbor and help others whenever I can. I hold some beliefs very strongly but I do not try to cajole others into believing them, too. The world would be a better place if everyone would stop trying to control each other.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only joined recently, but in the past I have hosted and traveled with friends. Back in college my apartment-mates and I would have people sleeping on our couch a few times a year.

兴趣

As an electrical engineer, I love discussing and playing with technology. I am especially interested in wireless communication and power systems. I am a big Star Wars fan and have a bookshelf devoted entirely to Star Wars novels. I am also a Nintendo fan. I have all of their consoles set up in my living room and would love to game with anyone who wants to drop by.

On the less geeky side, I love music. My favorite genres are Swing, Country, and Classic Rock. I also play tuba and trombone and have been a member of almost every type of band out there from marching bands to symphony orchestras.

I like learning new things about most any topic. Knowledge is power, as they say. I have much to share, as well, but my favorite topic to teach is physics.
