Music, Movies, and Books

I love going out on a Friday or Saturday evening and seeing any good movie (such a great pastime)! Music is my favorite and listen to it everyday. I like the 60's, 70's, and 80's stuff. The 90's was a horrible decade for music which slightly improved towards the end. The 2000's are much better, but it's taking a long time to purge the sounds of the 90's. I haven't read a good book in a while...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

(Oh my! There's been more than one thing I've seen or done!) I went to Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp in Poland and it was the most spiritual place I've ever been. The emotions, the sorrows, the suffering that occured there is very powerful. It's a huge lesson in one of the darkest times of human history. It's a place that is a must see.
The Grand Canyon falls second... Now, where else on the planet is there such a canyon like this? NOWHERE! I can stare at this canyon all day and not get bored. It's so huge, there are a million different spots to view it!
The giant sequoia trees of Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park makes you wonder, "Are these trees for real?"
And the most amazing thing I've ever done in my life was save someone elses life through CPR and they lived to tell about it and say, "Hey, this stranger was there and if it wasn't for him..."
