I'm a pretty good cook - there is nothing I love more than sharing meals with my family and friends.

Right now I’m exploring emotion, connection, new ways of relating to myself and to the people in my life. If you stay here, you might find me sitting and meditating, or at my men’s group, or maybe on a quick getaway in the Oakland redwood forest.
