ABOUT ME

I love to travel. I spent 2011 backpacking around Europe for a few months and had a great time. Right now, I work full time in a Sydney law firm, so my ability to travel is slightly limited. But I am saving my money for another get-away.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The great part of couch-surfing is the ability to share your experience with others. Hosts are great at giving you the authentic local experience. It turns 'accommodation' into a home.I had a great time couchsurfing in Berlin, Krakow and Lisbon. I got to know a lot of great people with similar interests. It made my time in those cities infinitely better.

Interests

I love to play and watch Football (Soccer). When I can, I pull out my guitar and jam a bit... I'm not very good, but it keeps me sane.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite Bands: The strokes, Plan B, Pendulum, TV on the Radio, the Kooks, the Jezabels, the Wombats, Radiohead, Florence, Washington, Muse and so on. I like listening to non-commercial radio and discovering new and upcoming artists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling through Cambodia and visiting Angkor Wat and the many other temples/wats in Siem Reap. The size of the structures are amazing and beautiful and are a great contrast to the war-torn landscape surrounding them.

Countries I’ve Visited

Cambodia, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
