I like making art and running around my town going to all kinds of local events. I work as little as possible so I have time to engage in my community and work on projects. I love meeting people from different places. Most of these contacts have been from my travels through America...but this summer I'm reaching out to the world!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We host concerts at my house. It's mostly obscure noise music and experimental electronic stuff but we bring in a good crowd for drinking, campfires, etc. Some of our best shows have been 'these are powers' 'narwhalz of sound' 'teeth mountain' etc. My house myspace is The Harrison FortWe're always hosting traveling musicians and friends of ours that in our word-of-mouth network. CS is a new way for me to do this.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One time I met a girl on a bike tour who had converted her bike into a chicken coop so she could ride 1000 miles with her pet chicken. We were afraid for her safety because she was riding through the deep south...so we gave her our machete knife and told her to return it one day. I awoke from a nap to find her in my home with chicken and machete in hand. Her and her friends were in town to proscpect on some land and she remembered her promise. It was heart warming.

I witnessed a skitzo street person almost get killed by a drunk Vietnam veteran who was wielding a samurai sword. One time I saw a soviet satellite fall from the sky.
