I really love the idea of couchsurfing. it's a great way to meet locals while travelling. I have only stayed with one host previously, but mainly used the app to find events.

I was registered as a host when I lived in my hometown. It was a small town, so I haven't had the chance to host anyone yet, unfortunately.
