I am an easy going danish girl, who do my best to enjoy every single day. I do this by doing all the things, I love. An ongoing list :)

I do yoga, enjoy nature, bike around Copenhagen, listen to music, go to events or enjoy a good meal alone or with friends or family. I love to cook, but also explore the wonderful restaurant around Copenhagen.

When I am not in Copenhagen, I am visiting my wonderful family in Jutland or travelling somewhere in the world. Last year I did my internship in Uganda, went to Germany, Bulgaria, Holland and I just got back from 5 weeks backpacking in Indonesia. Now the summer is coming and now it is time for Barcelona, Italy and Croatia :)

Started my mindfulness and meditation instructor education! So excited!
I meditate half an hour everyday and read a lot of books about meditation, its a whole new world opening for me.... I can recommend it!
