I am a 37 year old father of four children ranging from 2 - 16 years old. I have been working for one of the local plants for 10+ years operating machinery. My wife has been caring for a family member as a CNA, previously she had worked as a Medication Aide.
Our family vacations are usually just attempting to visit family in Oklahoma, Houston, Port Arthur, or San Antonio despite daydreaming of international travels.

I have a family of six and sometimes on vacations it would be nice to have a place to camp overnight. A relatively secure place to park and pitch a tent is all that's really needed.

I range in everything. Music is one of my favorite things in life. I enjoy jazz, rock, country, metal, classical, children's sing-a-longs, funk, industrial, bluegrass, celtic, punk...I'm all over the place when it comes to music.

With my movie selections I'm a little more picky preferring horror, Christian, sci-fi, and tons of comedy.

Crazy as it may sound I actually dislike reading novels and such. I do have encyclopedias I love to look and research with. Give me something to research through and I'll read and scan it but give me a story and I'll pass out.

Or house is full almost all of the time but if you need to camp here we have a quiet neighborhood with no crime in a small fishing community. We have a tent available if you need to use it.
This may not be exactly the norm for Couchsurfing but it is what i can offer and I've been in need of something like this before.
