CURRENT MISSION

To go where no man has gone before... Or at least this man... I need to just relax, follow my feet for a while and see what happens... maybe check off a few things off my bucket list too.

ABOUT ME

Well let's see... I'm tall, dark and handsome. Love long walks on the beach... These things may be true, but their kinda cliche' and don't really tell you anything about me do they? Well I've been going to school for the past 13 years of my life and I definitely think it's time for a break. I've been skiing, ski racing and coaching my entire life. I love the outdoors, hiking, camping, fishing etc. And I love writing, playing and listening to music. I play the drums. I enjoy having a few Rum and Cokes. I've taken this year of school and so far nothing has gone according to plan: jobs, operations and travels included. My Euro-trip has been put of for far too long and its finally time for me to get my ass in gear and get moving!

PHILOSOPHY

I was listening to "Stone The Crow" by Down, one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands. At that specific time it really spoke to me. I've felt not my self, and kind of in a funk "a bout of deep depression... A life of handwritten pain" (OK maybe thats a bit extreme but you get the idea). The lyrics describe their dismay that "I never Stoned the Crow, no" And i had a bit of an epiphany. I should just do it, I should just "Stone The Crow". And what is 'it'? 'It' is whatever you really want (to do). Live is short, Stone The Crow. Don't regret not doing or trying things in the past because your never going to get that same opportunity in that same time again. Of course there is moderation involved . Don't go on a killing spree just because you feel like it. Anyways I took the hog on a rode trip and had those very words tattooed on my arm as a reminder to myself. If its what your heart tells you then you gotta do it.

Interests

As I said up above... Love the outdoors, Hard rock and Heavy Metal, traveling, skiing, mountain biking, riding my Harley... movies, good books, drinking? For further info you'll just have to meet me in person.

Music, Movies, and Books

Can I just put "All of the above?". Love movies, love music, love books. Or at least good ones. Some of my favorite movies have to the Rocky I and IV, Rambo I&II, The Last Samuria, Planet Terror, The Shawshank Redemption and way too many more to list. My favorite genres of music stretch from the Blues to Death Metal, but I do my best to appreciate most forms of music (unfortunately that doesnt include the majority of the Top 40). I love fantasy books, and and hoping to publish a few of my own stories one day. Fav books would be, The Lord of the Rings, The Wheel of Time, and The Dark Tower.
