My name is Stono Caves and I'm from South-West Sydney, Australia. I am an anarcha-feminist, community arts worker, sound engineer and vocalist in a punk band.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I organised the Sydney group "Weekly Walks!" in which we gather every Sunday and go hiking in national parks in and around Sydney. We're a new group but it's going really well and we're planning to do more overnight hikes in the near future. Our biggest group yet included nineteen CouchSurfers on the Spit Bridge to Manly Scenic Walk. I no longer organise these hikes to due a hectic schedule but some people still carry on the tradition.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first CouchSurfed in Memphis and Chicago and I've been treated with utmost hospitality from my hosts. I'm also involved with the Sydney CouchSurfing community, albeit recently, and am learning more and more about the city I was born and raised in. I'm really grateful for this website/community!
