ABOUT ME

NO hosting for Oktoberfest!!!!

What to say about me? Some ideas:
* better couchsurfing than package tour
* better sunshine than rain
* better hiking than hangover
* better beer than wine
* better rock than house/elektro
* better bicycles than cars
* better snowboarding than ski
* better pub than club
* tbc...

I really like the seasons: sunshine, summer, hot temperature, lakes, beaches, swimming but also sunshine, snow, freezing temperature, mountains, snowboarding, powder!

I often say what I think which is often too directly and open. Hope I can handle this a little bit better on my journey... Sometimes it seems so as I'm not polite, well could be, but I'm a very honest and reliable person!

There is a saying in Germany: if someone from Hamburg says: "Let's be friends, you're welcome at my home every time" he really means it and would always welcome you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm hosting. Since app. one year my activities are getting less and less. Every now and than I join a meeting, or I'm hosting.

Before and during my trip around the world I was quite active, went to many meetings, I were hosting and surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted, surfed and meet CSer on meetings. I love couchsurfing, it made my trip around the world already so much better! I'm definitely going on with surfing, hosting and CS meetings - I like it :-)

Interests

Traveling! Caused by my job and my trip I already saw many countries. Here I have been already:

visited 40 states (17.7%)

Meeting with friends, snowboarding (hell yeahh!!!), hiking, mountainbiking, barbecue, beeings outside and enjoy my life.

Honestly I'm totally in German staff: German movies (i like Till Schweiger, Moritz Bleibtreu, Jürgen Vogel), German music (Die Toten Hosen, Revolverheld, Selig, Silbermond, Rosenstolz, Peter Maffay) German authors...

I prefere something funny, comedy.
I prefere rock musik.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if it's really amazing, but after my first flight with my paraglider more than 400 m higher than the starting place I was high for 2 days :-)

I climb the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro - and now I know what the "colors of africa" really means!
