ABOUT ME

I am an American woman in her early to mid 20s. I spent the majority of the last year on a working holiday visa in New Zealand, but have recently returned to the States in hopes of starting a career.

I'm a bit of an introvert, but I can get excited and animated when talking about something that interests me. One main topic that gets me excited is television. When I was in high school, I got the superlative of Most Likely To Reference Pop Culture. I can reference almost anything.

I'm a non-smoker that prefers to Couch Surf with other non-smokers, but as long as it's outside, that won't bother me. Also I've been a pescatarian since Lent 2001, but I've recently been trying to become a vegetarian. So I'll have fish (the only meat I'll eat) sometimes, but I'm trying to cut back and become a full-fledged vegetarian. We'll see how that works out.

I was a guest for a weekend when I was in Melbourne and hope to do more in the future. Maybe even one day I'll host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with an online friend and her partner (that's Jen and Cherie) when I was in Melbourne. They were very awesome! You do some stuff with them, but you can also do your own thing. Perfect balance.
