About Me
Hey guys! Before you read further, I have one important request:
I’m currently working on my Master’s thesis about unconventional tourism, such as Couchsurfing and hitchhiking (guess why 😂), and I’d love to interview people who practice this. So if you’ve combined CS with hitchhiking, feel free to message me!
(and pls don't confuse this with tinder descripton: i'm married)
I explore the world by travelling and talking to people
- hitchhiked, done mountaineering and canoeing — basically any fun way to get from A to B
- changed countries both voluntarily and unwillingly.
- study Tourism at Master's level
... know a lot of cake recepies, confuse 8 and 9 in English and swim in any liquid water!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
May sound trivial, but I simply started travelling
Teach, Learn, Share
I can talk about a plethora of things: from how to cross a glacier safely to an introduction to postcolonial studies.
If you’re interested, I can also teach you how to pronounce the Russian sounds “щ” and “ц”, or explain why you would never say “ь” or “ъ”.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have many sad and funny stories about Russia and the Caucasus, where I’ve lived — sometimes enough to fill an entire evening.
I love talking about mountains, languages, and pretty much anything related to the social sciences.
I can cook, and I’m quite good at baking.
