ABOUT ME

Servus! I am a German-Canadian(gotta love those hyphenated identities). I was born and raised in Canada until i discovered that Europe was a much better place to live at 19 and moved to Germany. I will never regret that decision in my life. I speak English as my mother tongue and German with a Bavarian accent(I even speak 'Canadian' according to a bavarian police officer, who obviously holds the utmost authority on languages spoken in Canada). I am very interested in languages and linguistics and find myself constantly analyzing peoples' speech.

PHILOSOPHY

I learn from my mistakes in life and look at difficult situations as a chance to make myself a better person.

I have a couch which becomes a bed, yay! And I have another couch, which unfortunately does not become a bed - but sleepable anyways.

兴趣

Linguistics, art of all kinds and discovering new things. If you can show me something i don't know about yet, i'll be really grateful.

音乐、电影和书籍

Not so much into movies. Hollywood is pretty lame. Some foreign films aren't bad, though. I love music! My favourite genre is Classic Rock. I love great artists like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Who, The Beatles, etc. I would be really impressed if more people knew of the band YES.

I was so excited the first time i went to Italy that i almost couldn't breathe. When i think about it now, i don't really understand what all the fuss was about.
