Hey there!

I work for a yoga company in Cambridge and live in beautiful & calm Ely (you have to see the Cathedral!!).

When I am not doing the above, I teach yoga and empowerment to University students, work on a freelance basis in all genres of Theatre Craft (including at the Royal Opera House) doing everything from designing, building scenery, painting scenery and also stage managing (the list goes on) and also facilitate on Yoga and Meditation Retreats.

I am also a fine artist (painting) and love knitting! (#menthatknit)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music - Prefer Classical, but open to other music styles, too. Definitely Opera Music (as I am a Stage Designer for Opera, too).

Movies - Prefer the romantic type of movies, but that can include historical movies (costume history reference), sci-fi, biographical, drama, fantasy, foreign films, Thrillers. I am not really into horror movies.

Books - The Celestine Prophecy, The Secret, The Power of Now, Soul-Mates - mainly books that make you think... Also enjoy Wilbur Smith books, especially his Egyptian series of books like River God, The Seventh Scroll, Warlock and The Quest. - Would love to turn these into an Opera Cycle like Wagner's Ring Cycle!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

There really is something quite extraordinary about standing in the middle of a yoga class with the room full with over 70 people in the class all repeating positive affirmations, while in yoga pose. Such a feeling of euphoria to hear them all shouting out:

I am Joyful!
I am Kind!
I am Loving!

Feel really blessed to be making such a positive difference to so many!
