I've spent the last two years in-between travelling and working various soul destroying jobs, all in the pursuit to grow and nourish the flower that is me (that probably made more sense in my head).

Apparently I'm quite a spontaneous and easy going traveller as I don't really plan things too much. I just hear something or somewhere is cool and go check it out. Unfortunately with my lack of planning I do tend to find myself in some weird situations and I'm forever getting off the bus at the wrong stop, but hey sometimes you've gotta get lost to get to where you need to be.

My philosophy is simple. Learn. Laugh. Connect.

I was originally introduced to Couchsurfing by a colleague of mine while I was planning my travels following a camp season in Maine, USA. Believing it was a way to make travel cheaper, I soon discovered it was so much more. I've been blown away by the hospitality and love shown to me by my hosts and fellow surfers along the way. I've developed some truly strong relationships through CS that will last a lifetime and if there is any chance to make more, then I don't want to miss that opportunity.

I am able to teach a wide range of fitness based disciplines both practical and theoretical and am qualified to do so. It's always great to meet up with new folks and swap thoughts on teachings and lifestyles. I am really interested in learning more about spirituality and wellness as well as sustainability.

I can offer my hosts a positive attitude and genuine interaction. I want to get to know you and your culture. I'm a fair cook and always like to share my favourite dishes. If you need any work doing around the house, I'm fully domesticated and can help with everything from labouring to pet care to fashion advice (choosing socks).
