ABOUT ME

I'm a friendly kind of person that is usually smiling and gets along with everyone. I am currently traveling Europe for December. I have a small property renovation business at home, so being self employed gives me the opportunity to travel when I like :)
I organise weekly couchsurfing meetings in my home city and I love meeting new people from around the world. I do use hostels sometimes when I travel, which also have their place in travelling, but the experience you get when you couchsurf is beautiful! 💙
Are you actually lost when you wander aimlessly around the backstreets of a new place..? For me this is the best way to explore. :)

To meet new people from around the world and share experiences with.
I grew up on a farm in Scotland and travelling has truly expanded my view on the world. Meeting locals and couchsurfers on my travels have completely changed my traveling experience. Being able to discover small under the radar places that you'd never find on the usual tourist track.
The idea of sharing your home has opened my eyes to people's kindness and restored my faith in humanity... :)

兴趣

I love to travel and experience new things with an open mind. I enjoy cooking and trying new food, music, camping, socialising. I've been keeping a mainly vegetarian diet for the last 2 years and trying a (not overly strict) vegan diet for around half a year.
I love lots of sports including slackline, muay thai, boxing, karate, cycling, scuba diving, snorkelling, trekking, motoX, rock climbing, karting.
I've also just discovered crossfit :)

Snorkelling with manta rays in Indonesia and with turtles in Philippines. Skydiving and bungy in New Zealand :)

I'm passionate about fitness and as a personal trainer I love to share knowledge of exercise and nutrition, with anyone that is interested. Love to run barefoot on a sunny beach or exercise / slackline in a park. Maybe hosts or surfers can join me :)
