I'm Subrata, Male, straight forward, humorous and simple man with love for travelling. I travelled major part of my country India but, very little outside India. I love to be in homes than in hotels and in nature than in metros. I wish I will love the CS environment and, be loved by the Members here. Finding a genuine friend in unknown geography is much more important to me than just finding a free stay.

I lived with my aged mother, till recently,in Kolkata (Calcutta), India.
My Mother passed away very recently, so I'm living alone now.
I'm fully vaccinated (Covishield), thus, harmless, probably:)
I was a regular smoker, but left:)
I drink occasionally but no compulsion:)
I'm a non-vegetarian but no compulsion, trying to be a vegetarian these days:)
I'm straight and normal in that not-mentioned physical orientation:)

India is a country of different religions, languages, customs, cultures, creeds, colours, dresses and looks. I'm Hindu by religion and I respect all religions of this world. I believe that different religions are different ways for the same purpose, that's Humanity. My mother tongue is Bengali, as I'm from Bengal. Indian states are divided mainly on the basis of major languages. Our national language is Hindi and it is the most widely spoken language in India. I also know Hindi, like many of the non-hindi Indians. English is a foreign language here by definition (as English was not originated in Indian geography), but the most widely used language for official purpose and for higher education (as India was under British domination for about two hundred years, till we got independence in 1947). Like all of the educated Indians, I know English. By customs Indians are traditional in general, and so far culture is concerned Indians prefer to be conservative.

Though, my first love is travelling, I couldn't afford to travel much out of my country mainly because I had to put my best of efforts and most of times towards my job related obligations. Indians will understand it easily but foreigners may not:)
I also love Gardening, Cooking, Driving, Sports, Photography, Trecking, Music, Books and of course Internet:)

Accept life as it comes. Don't be too serious about your life as, life will never take you seriously. Accept the weather and learn to appreciate whether it's rain or sun. These are easy to say but difficult to practice. However, with age, we all acquire patience.
