Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a live-in nanny right now, so I can't offer a couch, but I'm up for coffee, a drink, showing folks around, or giving general info about life in Calgary.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

There were the college days of waking up to find that a roommate had offered our couch to a random friend. Or the other college days of waking up on a random friends couch to find that s/he has roommates who didn't know I was there.

These days my excursions are a bit more widespread. Random friends have given way to like-minded strangers and couches have given way to everything from spare bedrooms to dirt floors. I love it!
