Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m a curious, open-minded, and respectful traveler who loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. I'm passionate about culture, art, and meaningful conversations. I enjoy exploring cities like a local, tasting new foods, and capturing moments through photography and video.
I believe in kindness, good vibes, and the idea that the world feels smaller and friendlier when we share our homes, time, and stories. Whether we’re cooking, walking, or just chatting over a cup of tea, I always enjoy genuine human connection.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I love connecting with new people, learning about different cultures, and experiencing the world through local perspectives. I believe travel is more meaningful when shared with others, and I enjoy the exchange of stories, ideas, and kindness. Whether hosting or being hosted, I see this as a great way to build friendships and break cultural boundaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I directed my own short film with a small team and a tiny budget—but a huge heart. We poured our passion into every scene, and seeing it come to life on screen was one of the most fulfilling moments of my life. It taught me the power of storytelling, teamwork, and following your creative vision no matter the obstacles.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I can teach you some basics (or fun phrases!) in Sinhala, share what I know about Sri Lankan or South Asian culture, and even give you tips on filmmaking or content creation. If you're into photography or video editing, I’d love to help you improve your skills.
Learn:
I’m always eager to learn new languages, local recipes, and unique traditions from different cultures. I love discovering how others see the world—it helps me grow as a person and storyteller.
Share:
I can share stories from my travels, laughter, a good conversation, and a helping hand. If there’s music, I’ll probably share a playlist too! And if you're into creative projects, I’d love to collaborate or just brainstorm together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good conversations, positive energy, and stories from my life, travels, and creative work. I'm respectful, tidy, and always grateful for any space offered to me. If you're interested, I can share insights into my culture, help with photography or video content, or even teach you a few words in Sinhala.
I love sharing meals, music, and laughs—and I’m happy to help around the house, cook something simple from my country, or contribute in any way that makes your day a little brighter.
