I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I like sports, TV/Movies, and eating food.
I love to clean. I am learning how to cook. I like learning about new things that people are passionate about.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently participating in a service program with One World Center( a non-profit that trains volunteers to serve in developing countries). My partner Hyeongsun and I will travel to Brazil in January. Before we leave, we need to fundraise for the various costs of the program.

We will be travelling to different cities in the U.S. to do fundraising actions.

Interests

I like being outdoors and active. I like all kinds of sports and physical exercises. Basketball is my favorite sport!

I really like eating food and am now learning how to cook food for myself. I have the basics down (eggs, rice, pasta, and chicken). I hope to learn how to cook good Indian food from my mom soon!

Music: A little bit of everything / Chill music - sam smith, novos baianos, random classical music / Pump up music: Hip-hop, rap, latin music,

Movies: Any movie with a good plot from the U.S., Bollywood, or anywhere else in the world.

Books: I like books about how people think (Malcolm Gladwell). I also like books that are short and meaningful (Shel Silverstein, Dr. Seuss).

The non-profit I am working with right now has the motto #LiveLearnServe. I am always willing to do these three things. I am happy to talk about my life and experiences so far and get to know other perspectives.
