Hi, i am a British Born Chinese...or a BBC like the English TV channel and have always lived here in UK. I've got a northern accent from Manchester which makes my speaking in Chinese .... kind of a funny language. So i've stuck with speaking in English instead.

I am more Western in my behaviour...has the example above...but as i get older (i'm still 21 in my mind), I want to keep my cultural roots or/and explore and experience my Eastern aspect of me.

Yes, I know I am talking quite Spirtual or wacky lol. Basically I have lots of friends who are from here and the odd couple abroad. I would love to expand my horizons and meet other like minded people around this beautiful planet!

I love travelling...and going to Asia/Far East countries has its always been something that keeps me inspired about my cultural family roots and not forgetting the 'street food and night markets' too.

I live and work in London. I cycle or get the London tube to work and get creative with the children I work with.
I use to be a Design Teacher and now I create a 'Positive Touch', trusting experience with the children I work with who have special learning needs.
Basically am a Massage Therapist.
I love what I do. It's nuturing for the receiver and myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to do alot of travelling when I was younger and now am older...more wiser lol, i like to try different things and this is new to me. And yes. ..there is also the budget factor too ;)

Most of my friends cannot travel out at the time i go (they are working) and I get school holiday time.
Would also like to meet local people who know and live in the area to really get a unique experience and hopefully make some new friends, who i can in return give an exchange in the country i live in.
Love to also have some inspiring conversations. Just something different and meaningful.
