I am a musician by passion and a heritage enthusiast by profession. I play the tabla an Indian percussion instrument and have been in the field of Indian Classical Music for the last two decades. Other than this I am an architect and currently undergoing my masters in Heritage Management. My main interest lies in linking tangible and intangible heritage, involving communities and looking at it as a practice for heritage conservation.
I am a fun loving social being with a very positive and enthusiastic outlook towards life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always tried to be independent since the very first day I started earning and prefer to take care of my own needs. My work is such, that I have to travel a lot which takes care for my love for travelling. However, now with as my horizons are broadening I have to move out of the country as well, which makes travel a bit of an expensive affair. It is for the same, couch-surfing proves to be a very interesting way that would ease my finances and also allow me to carry on with my passion at the same time.
