Years of working with the disabled population taught me quite a bit. They get kicks out of the little things in life and I try to make that my goal every day.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to adhere to the yoga philosophy on life; become healthy both on the inside and out. I think everyone could benefit from a little personal meditation each day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only surfed a handful of times but I love the nature of the experience- meeting new people and learning about their travel experiences, views on life as well as their hometown daily rituals.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Tipi surfing at a commune in Spain was a life altering experience as I saw so many people (from all over the world) come together as one and enjoy life on the bare essentials. It was truly amazing. What could be better than singing, playing the drums and eating by the fireside?
I once went sledding down the backcountry of the Swiss Alps. It took us three hours to sled down in the middle of nowhere until we finally made it to a small little village.
