Originally from the UK I’ve been travelling for over a year now, starting with 7 months in Latin America, a brief visit to the USA, 5 months in Canada and now New Zealand! Currently in NZ on a working holiday visa, I’m currently in Hokitika. I’m not in a position to host right now unfortunately but always happy to meet up for a coffee and give some recommendations for the area.

I used to be a Data Manager, but after 4 years I decided that I wanted to have some different experiences and see some other parts of the world; so I quit and started travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything M Night Shyamalan, Quentin Tarantino or Tim Burton film wise, but also enjoy smaller indie films capturing a moment in time.

Philippa Gregory and Jean Auel are my favourite authors. Nowadays I can pick up most books and read in a few days.

Music wise, I will never be able to name a band or a song - but I generally enjoy Scottish folk music, acoustic, indie etc. Favourite band at the moment seem to be Vampire Weekend with some of their more recent music 🎶
