About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel everywhere

ABOUT ME

Ok here goes: I am a quirky, energetic guy who loves traveling and meeting new people. I get along with almost everyone and know how to have. A good time. I may come off as a little high energy and a little talkative and I admit that's true? I love to meet new and interesting people, share and hear stories about life's and travel experiences.

I try to live spontaneous and live in the moment (which caused me to forget things sometimes). I am a computer systems engineer by day. My other interests in no particular order includes

Good breakfast brunch
Good beer
Awesome conversations
Dance ((salsa) though I admit I am awfully bad at it and not anywhere good as I would like to be. But I guess I don't let that deter me)
Bars and clubs
Attempting to learn new languages and cultures and (words ( and forget all about it in ten days))
Traveling ( like to have a passport stamps from all over the world)
Music ( rock, hip hop, oldies, country (yes, I know))
Good dinner places
Hitting up the town
Hanging out with friends and sometimes family ( they all live very far away anyways)
Hiking

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Ready for this? Before knowing anything about couch surfing, and after reading about others travel experiences through blogs, I wondered how can I travel with a limited budget but at the same time make new friends and be part of the bigger adventures. I just did not know. So i looked up at the sky as I was walking home from neighbourhood coffee shop, and saw a star. Just laughed at myself and thought may be ill just make a wish and hopefully my wish would be heard hard enough for a miracle of sorts for someone to tell me how it's done. Deciding not to go home i head to our local bar ( a hangout for me and my friends). Ordered a beer and talked to bartender (who I end up befriending), about travel and she told me about couchsurfing. I grab a pen and a paper to make a note of the website address. and here I am. After reading peoples reviews I am convinced.
