ABOUT ME
Before sending request to get hosted by me please read this: I AM CURRENTLY TRAVELING ABROAD SO DON’T SEND ME REQUEST TO HOST IN HELSINGBORG, SWEDEN UNTIL 2026. THANK YOU.
Hi, I am a Vietnamese nomad who loves traveling and living different places on Earth. I'm open minded, straightforward, easy going at the same time having my certain standards and values. O I am optimistic, positive and I value the little things. I love socializing with people through deep talks , but also appreciate stillness, as well as being alone from time to time.
I enjoy to spend my time in nature, hiking, camping. I like to read ( now much less compared to I used to), I love the smell of coffee but I drink tea. Photographing randomly and during the travel is for sure one of my pleasures. I enjoy watching sunrise/sunset. And for the last 3 years I have been enjoying very much my motherhood. I found my new passion for ski recently.
I'm a big believer in the power of community, so I would love to build that on here and have friends from all over the world! Looking forward to meeting you!
Everyday I give thankfulness to my parents, to the life and to all people who I've met and got the help from them because I always believe that if we live with the thankfulness we will always feel happy.
For travellers, I have no problem to host you as long as I am available . So, please don't hesitate to give me request in case you need help and I am here, willing to help you if I can. ( But weekends seem to be better for me).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, traveling is not only to see a place, I want to discover, to feel and to see how amazing people are and learning so many things valuable from them. And I really believe that the best way to do this is staying or meeting up with locals and other travelers. So far couchsurfing really gives me the opportunities to explore and to experience the beauty of different cultures .
Interests
I love to read, listen to music, photography, travel, write about the places I have been to and the people I have met. I love the experiences and see them as part of my happiness.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love classical music and old songs even thought I am super opened when it comes to music as long as they are good. From classical to rock to pop to Portuguese Fado to Nordic folk music. From old French music to Spanish one, to Latin. From Lambada to Modern Talking to Boney M or Disco 80s, 90s. Back to music in early 20s or Blues or Jazz. African music or Andes instrument to Himalaya.Always enjoying Balkan, gypsy music.. etc loll, as I said I am very opened ;) I love very much SILENCE too.
(Music is for listen not to judge).
However, one of my favourite song specially when I am on my trip is "My way". I remember I've repeated this song " thousands" of time when I was on the bus from Mandalay back to Yangon (Myanmar) hahaa.
About movies, I has watched quite a good amount of movies but the thing with me is I always forget names. Names of people, names of songs that I like, names of movies that I watch include the ones I love. Well, not all, so let’s say some movies that stay in my head are: Shawshank Redemption, Seven years in Tibet, Inception, Brave heart, Bicycle thieves, Toy stories, The Godfather, La dolce vita, Avatar, the dark Knight, Amélie, The Grand Budapest..etc
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
- Crossing the Tay Con Linh moutain and jungle by motorbike with my friends for 5 days then we've lost the way, were out of food, drink, gasoline and had to drink fish sauce the way to survive.
- Jumping down to the sea from the height of 15m in Magic Island, Philippines while I didn’t know to swim at that time.
- Stopping my job as a banker and choosing to become a solo backpacker for years.
- Sleeping on the street in Mostar, Bosnia and inside the ATM in Sarajevo.
- Solo hitchhiking and Couchsurfing for a couple of years in Southeast Asia and Europe.
- Met my current partner through Couchsurfing and 5 years later had our first son.
Teach, Learn, Share
Cooking is definitely one of the bonding activities. I would love to share recipes and try new food.
