ABOUT ME

j'habite en Bretagne, près de la ville de Saint-Malo et j'ai 45 ans, je fais beaucoup de sport (raid nature) et aussi pour mon métier (sport avec les jeunes après l'école et pendant les vacances), j'aime bien courir en écoutant de la musique sur mon MP3 et le suivi sur Endomondo, je suis journaliste bénévole dans un magazine des sports outdoor...
je suis dynamique et j'aime la vie !
j'ai oublié de dire que j'aimais bien la bonne bouffe... et que faute de partager un festin, un peu d'humour est aussi une nourriture très saine !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

J'ai un lit 2 places dans une chambre séparée...
Je travaille à Saint-Malo et donc, je peux aller vous chercher à la Gare de Saint-Malo... et partager une soirée en commençant par l'assaut des remparts de la vieille ville et de ses pubs !
I have a bed 2 places in a separate room...
I work on Saint-Malo and thus, I can go to look for you at the Station of Saint-Malo and to share an evening by beginning with the assault of the ramparts of the old town and its pubs!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Pour ma première expérience "Couchsurfing", j'ai hébergé 2 jeunes anglais de passage dans la région, en voyage à vélo... rendez-vous devant l'église du village puis on a mangé des galettes et bu du cidre... on a bien discuté et même trouvé des points communs avec la ville de Berlin... ils sont repartis le lendemain avec un camembert en poche... ce fut une agréable soirée...
For my first experience(experiment) " Couchsurfing ", I accommodated 2 English young people of passage in the region, in journey with bike... Appointment in front of the church of the village then we ate pancakes and drunk by some cider... we discussed well and even found by the common points with the city of Berlin... they left the next day with a camembert cheese in pocket... it was a pleasant evening...

le sport me permet de rencontrer beaucoup de gens et de pays... et aussi d'être dans la nature...
