I've never been very excited about flying to a warm country with my family where we only stay at the hotel and visit the standard tourist attractions. So in January 2022, I accidently travelled alone for the first time and the thrill was so exciting! I was in a small place outside Paris and I met so many kind people. I realised that I wanted to do more of that; exploring, making friends and feeling that rush of independence.
I hadn’t cycled that much in my life, but after feeling that rush in France, I wanted to do something crazy. So I decided to cycle alone from Norway to Italy on a 10 year old bike in 2022. Summer of 2023 I did a shorter trip from Oslo to Warsaw, and 2024 I cycled from Copenhagen to Paris. If you cycle around Europe in the summer, maybe we can cycle some bits together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think CS is a wonderful way of exterminating the fear of strangers. My mum has always frightened me with how dangerous strangers are, and I’m trying to prove to her thar there are good people out there in our wonderful world. And I love the kind of open and easygoing people I meet here <3
Interests
I love music, adventures, languages, writing, climbing, hiking, cycling, travelling, strawberries, concerts, avocados, playing guitar/piano, cooking dinner with friends, having a drink on summer nights, unique fashion and lots more…

Music, Movies, and Books
Music that makes me feel like I’m in an action movie! Usually within rock, metal or classical piano anthems, but as long as it’s dramatic, melancholy, symphonic or dark it works (I’m not scary, I promise 😇)
Movies
Lord of the Rings <3
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
