Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be studying abroad this summer in Romania. Before I meet ups with my peers, I will be on my own for a couple days. I want to get to know people from the location as well, in order to get a feel on the culture there, and for them to share their experiences living there. It would greatly ease my anxiety about traveling to Europe for the first time.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music as of late is indie music, specifically folk indie. I have always loved rock and alternative. My favorite bands at the moment are, Glass Animals, First Aid Kit, Cage the Elephant, and I will always hold a special heart for System of a Down whatever phase I may be in.

My favorite movies usually revolve around anything by Guillermo Del Toro. Pan's Labyrinth still continues to be my favorite movie since it came it.
