About Me

I'm a PhD Student at the RWTH in Aachen in the field of environmental science.

I'm an uncomplicated, active, curious and open-minded girl, who loves hanging around with friends and spend time in nature.

I'm always intersted in meeting new people and getting to know more about their culturre and way of living.

Wo years ago I spent some months in canada, were I did some couchsurfing as well. It was the most interesting and amazing time of my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I only surfed for a couple of time. I enjoy meeting new people a lot, talking with them, exploring the city together or going out for a drink.
Unfortunately I only have a small apartment in Aachen and no possibility to offer a couch, but as soon as I'm living in a bigger one I would love to do that, too. But I'm always happy to just meet new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new on couchsurfing but really enjoy it so far!! My first couchsurfing experience was with my sister in Amsterdam. I didn't have a couchsurfing account at that time but my sister did a lot of couchsurfing before and had only really good experiences with it. We stayed with an elderly man, ate breakfast together and talked a lot about the city and his experiences with couchsurfers. It was a very nice stay. Two times I was couchsurfing with a friend in the beautiful city Vancouver. Our hosts were pretty busy, but we felt completely home and enjoyed it a lot. In Montreal we stayed for three days in an apartment with 5 very friendly and open-minded guys. Talked a lot with them and got many helpful tips and information about the beautiful city. Finally we did couchsurfing in Halifax as well at the end of our journey in Candada. We had an amazing time, enjoyed lots of great conversations and had so much fun!

Interests

I love spending time in nature hiking, riding horses or diving if I have the possibility.

I'm a quite active person who wants to see as much as possible from the world.

Moreover I'm interested in sports. I play football in a team near Heidelberg, I go riding horses several times a week and love to go diving.
