ABOUT ME

Tutor/barista/townie type. Trying to finish grad school (ed. note: not as easy as I'd hoped). I have a weird, very grumpy dog who doesn't usually travel with me. I like record stores, baseball, talking to strangers like I've known them my whole life, etc. I am great at customer service even though I'm shy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In 2010 I drove from Arkansas to California to the PNW staying only with Couchsurfers. It was a perfect experience. Airbnb and Motel 6 encourage more isolation, which we get plenty of every day. Couchsurfing is a weird chance to meet people you otherwise never would.
