So I'm a 40 year old man from the United States.

Portia the cat is a 9 year old nutcase from England.

About me: I'm a geek. A gamer. That's right, a gamer-geek! Love games of any sort really!

I don't smoke. I'm kinda proud of this. I don't drink. I have never ever EVER EVER had a drop of alcohol in my life. Really, not lying! More proud. :)

The honest truth is that I'm a bit different than most. I certainly don't view this as a bad thing. I have an odd sense of humor and try to laugh whenever I can. I'm rarely ever serious but people tell me I look so serious.

I'm open minded about many things, but I'm a such a picky eater!

I'm here because I like meeting new people and being exposed to new ideas and new cultures. Couch surfing might be a great way for me to get a bit of that. I'm up for simply meeting new folks for a bite or to crash on my couch for a night or two. I'm very flexible when it comes to whatever makes others comfortable, so please just be yourself and we'll most likely enjoy our company.
