I love all kind of music.
not much a movie buff but if do watch fantasy and adventure movies
i love reading and i think reading is very important at every point in time. so far i have read few of Paulo coelo's. All of Rhonda byrnes, almost all of Chetan Bhagats, Shailendra singh, i like to read self help and some really good and informative books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think every moment is amazing and i live it with all of me. isnt that amazing!! :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to talk about life in general, fitness and food. I know a bit of yoga and i try to help as many people as i can whenever and wherever i can, If a few minutes of breathing practice can help someone heal and get better why not.
I also think things are being complicated by lots of people around (who think too much) so i try and make it lighter for them ..... :-)
