I'm Suraj and I'm from India. I'm 26 years old and I've been backpacking and travelling for quite some time now. I live in Munich doing my Internship in Aerospace design. i am an amateur photographer and I started with wildlife photography. I have also been playing badminton for a long time(been to Nationals and Bundesliga in Germany) and I am a lot into sports. I support minimalism, which is living with minimalist things and items to go by in our everyday lives. I am also an avid animal lover which also helped me get into photography. Participating in projects like Elephant Census and Tiger Rescue really helped me see how they survive and thrive in such a harsh environment, where only thing to think about is survival.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing to meet new people obviously, and in return get to know more about myself exploring this massive world. Couchsurfing definitely helps you build as a person and cannot deny that it helps save money to use money for other things such as food, and explore places.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done is motorbiking on the highest motorable road in the world, Khardung La, which is a mountain pass in India.
Another amazing thing I've done is scuba diving in the Arabian Sea which felt serene underwater.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach photography, cooking spicy Indian food but more importantly, we can have interesting conversations pretty much about anything. I usually leap my head and mind into pretty much anything as I like filling my head with stuff. We need to use our brains more than we usually do and I am still trying to do that.
