ABOUT ME

I grew up on the lakes surrounding central Florida. In my early teens I was a passionate skater grommet, which turned me onto surfing. As my surfing progressed, so did my desire to travel in search of waves. When I was 17 I started taking trips to Baja, Mexico with my best friend. We would spend the summer camping up and down MEX101 looking for waves. More than 10 years later and things haven't changed much. I have dedicated my life to travelling the world for waves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now that i am back in the states, i miss the experience of meeting people from all over the world. Couchsurfing helps fill out the gaps between when i'm traveling the world, and cashing up for the next trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I think it's an easy way to meet new people in foriegn lands. Something that can otherwise be quite difficult. I recommend it to people that enjoy travel, or just meeting new people. It's also great if you're stuck in your own country and wishing you were traveling, it's the closest thing you're going to get.

Interests

I like listening to music, making music, surfing, travel, meeting new people, architecture, taking pictures, following weather patterns, golf, reading books, taking a toke, forein currency, anything to do with indonesia, sailing, surfing with friends, an untethered lifestyle.

i am into many styles of music, but have been on the indy scene lately. listening to my morning jacket, citizen cope, band of horses, ryan adams lately. but anything with good lyrics and arrangements.
