Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting whenever it is possible. Being open. Having surfers laughing, smiling, thinking, learning, playing and having a unique positive experience. SHARING!!! Surfing mindfully, respectfully. Coming in hands full and heart open.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Traveling is about rolling up your sleeves and getting dirty with the locals, engaging in some sort of cultural experience. Couch surfing is a catalyst for this. Absolutely amazing hosts greet me in new and strange towns and phenomenal days ensue. My hosts have turned an ordinary traveling experience into an unforgettable one. I've hosted a good amount of surfers so far and have had made some radical friends who have shared and taught me loads. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, passion and love for my hometown with others who are interested.

Interests

surfing, traveling, drifting, trekking, mountain biking, running, cooking amazing meals in comfortable homes with loved ones, meeting like minded people, laughing at myself, new towns, old friends, finding ways to impact and help others around me, snowboard trips, long and hot summer days with pumping surf, the tropics and the way the time moves there, caffeine overdoses and blown out subwoofers, sleeping in while it rains, driving too fast to check the surf, huge sandwiches, Italian and Mexican food, strengthening and maintaining my spiritual life

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everyday I get to feel, see and experience so many amazing things. Quitting my job, moving out of my apartment, selling my stuff and boarding a plane with a surf bag and a backpack was pretty fucking sweet.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a passion for cooking and can whip up something tasty while we talk about life, love, travel. I can teach you to surf waves or help you improve your garden or landscapes beauty, health and productivity. I want to learn about you and where you live through your eyes.
